shipping & delivery

pre-order items
some items in our store are offered as a limited pre-order. if you purchase a 
pre-order item, this will be clearly marked on the product page along with the 
expected shipping date. pre-order items ship separately from in-stock items, 
and the delivery times below begin once your pre-order item has shipped — not 
from your order date. you will receive a separate email once your pre-order 
item ships.

in-stock items
we do everything we can to get your package to you as fast as possible. once 
your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipping within 
12 hours.

delivery time germany: 1 – 2 business days
delivery time austria & switzerland: 2 – 3 business days
delivery time rest of europe: 3 – 5 business days
delivery time worldwide: 5 – 14 business days

shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

order confirmation & tracking
right after your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. as 
soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a second email with 
your personal tracking id. this way, you can follow your package every step 
of the way.

returns (30 days)

doesn't fit? no problem. you have a full 30-day return policy with us.

when does the period start? the 30-day window only begins the moment your 
package is successfully delivered to your doorstep.

condition of goods: please ensure that items are returned unwashed and in 
their original condition with all tags attached.

return shipping costs: you are responsible for the direct costs of returning 
the goods.
